We have used AtHomeNet for over 8 yrs for our condo association. The service had gotten to a point that it was practically nonexistent and we were forced to look elsewhere for our website. We are TRYING to change providers, but our domain name is being held and we were told that it could take 7 days for them to release it. Our new provider has told us that this should only take less than 1 minute to handle. STAY AWAY from this company as well as ATHomeNet.
I AGREE WITH MANY OTHERS. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!! We have used Association Voice for two years and can report Support is horrible. Support tickets go unanswered. We wanted to add a module to one of our AV websites. It has been three months. Despite promises from our Account Rep., Noah Moss, nothing has happens. He was quick to get their contract signed and quick to ask for more business, but no follow thru. Also, no response to emails and voicemails from anyone at Frontsteps.
Frontsteps does not respond to support requests. Ever. There is a complete masquerade of support which appears to be imagined.
You acquire AtHomeNet, tell us we need to migrate and then have unreliable people working on our project. They can't be reached, miss scheduled calls and do not follow-up on their commitments.
Our Association's website was removed without notifying us and without our consent, even though we had paid a two-year licensing of our domain name. After more than a week of emails, "support" tickets, and phone calls, the only reply I eventually got was from a salesperson who would not tell me why AtHome allowed an unauthorized person to cancel our account and just wanted us to sign a new contract. I've let our management company know as they were deciding on whether to recommend AtHome/FrontSteps to other properties they m... read more
To whom it may concern, I believe Front Steps may have acquired athomenet our HOA's website company. However we have not received any notification about this and there is no update on either that athome.net OR Frontsteps website confirming this. I have left several messages and emails and have not received a return call/email from either company. Very poor customer service from both.
Like many others have said, support sucks. They're Johnny on the spot when they wants to get paid or get a contract signed, but good luck with anything else. I have one simple question, why are you charging our homeowners $19.95 to process a credit card payment for HOA dues. That's exhorbitant and ridiculous. Voicemails (nobody actually answers a phone), emails on this subject summarily ignored. One guy responded, and the response was to give me a generic email address I could send a note to so it could be ignored as well. C... read more
Since Frontsteps took over as our association's website provider customer service has been almost non existent. Latest to tech support, on Jan. 17, by email or voice messages has not been replied to. This is unacceptable.👎
