So, I bought a sofa at Front Room Furnishings about a year ago. This is a $4900.00 sofa that is gorgeous! Purchased at 1/2 off store Brice road. I called the store because it has friction balls all over the seat cushions. I was told " This is normal". After the third call that sent a service guy out that told me it is loose fibers working their way out and that I would have to use a fabric shaver on it....After about the third time the " Peeling" should stop. Sorry to say.. Price was great. But my sofa creaks.. Since day one. Front room says it's because the frame is wood. Hmmm .... I think all my sofas have had wood frames, but this is the first one that creaks when you toss a pillow on it! Bad furniture and the. Company won't make it right!
