Joanie Farrell was awesome! We special ordered a sofa and after coming home realized we wouldn't be able to fit it through our hallway to the basement. We went back in the very next day and Joanie was awesome to help us pick out a sectional by the same maker as the couch we liked and we were able to use the same fabric that we picked out the night before. Great experience!

Do NOT purchase furniture from front room furnishings!! We bought a sectional (not a cheap purchase) in Feb. 2015. Wasn't delivered until the end of April. In less then a week, I noticed a seam that needed fixed because metal was showing through and the back of one the seats was crooked. I called, they came out and fixed both issues. The service tech left, I sat down in the seat and it immediately went back to the crooked state. I called him right back on his phone and he came right back and took pictures. I bought a Trisha Yearwood collection kitchen Island in November. Paid over $1100 for it. My sales experience was lovely and I had no issues with the service. Problem was the island. Delivered and set up and husband noticed some rust on top. I noticed a loose joint. Service came out a few days later. Again. No issues with them. Friendly. But said he couldn't fix and would get us a replacement. Waited 3 weeks for replacement. They came to deliver it on Tuesday and the replacement island was in worse shape than the one I had. ... read more

We purchased chairs and they are definitely used and now they won't return our calls or anything to try and get an exchange. It's been weeks and we keep getting all these run arounds and excuses. If your looking to buy new furniture this holiday season definitely do not shop from this store because they have the worst customer service. Still waiting on a phone call

Bought a leather sofa in March, dye is wearing off with spots, have been waiting since July to get the seats replaced (can't return the couch), if we don't get them before March or the new seats do the same thing and our warranty expires, we're out of luck. Last call we asked about them the seats are "overseas". Better make sure where the furniture is coming from. Custom Broyhill bought at the same time is pilling. Doesn't sound like it's worth it to say anything.

6 years ago, I purchased a Windsor Vintage sofa and two seat recliner for $1,500. After three years, the material began to break down. I call for service and was told they would replace the full purchase cost towards a new purchase. So for an additional $65 I was able to replace the furniture with a new set, now in leather, since the same color in the previous material was not available. Worst warranty in the world. Sofa ripped on one side but we are responsible for the cost. The cushions didn't last half a year after buying the coaches, but your responsible for the cost cause a previous technician said wait to file the claim thinking that person had my interest at heart I was wrong. My cushions sinked all the way down and pretty much don't hold anything. Staples came lose on frame and ripped the fabric but I'm responsible for the cost cause that's not in the warranty. I hate this furniture so bad right now ... read more
