had a very good experience at found room, found a chair we liked and bought it. Everyone was very nice..
The staff is so very friendly. They make you feel like family and will help you any way they can. I joke with a Gentleman that could have used a cup of coffee scent we spent so much time there. Great store. Will be back. My mom did buy a whole living room set. Thanks again for the great help.

My husband & I had a wonderful experience yesterday shopping at the Tuttle Crossing store. Our salesperson was Lori Huggins, who is very knowledgeable in interior design and the manufacturer of the sofa and love seat we purchased. She was extremely helpful in the choice we made of the fabrics chosen and gave us so much insight as to the type/style cushions and seat backs choices. I find this store very comfortable with a wide selection of everything I might need, all at very competitive prices. I also received a great deal of assistance with making proper selections of styles and colors and fabrics. Very likely, I will be returning here.
Over a year ago, I purchased a couch and love seat (Tracy was my salesperson). I love it and their fabric protection is great. I have had several spills on the couch and they clean up with no effort. I purchased a chair a couple days ago, but when it arrived, it didn't match the couch. I called FrontRoom and Tracy made an exchange (different fabric, same chair) with no problem. I was in an out of the store in 15 minutes. Thank you also to Adam, who sold me the chair. Delivery staff are polite, careful and very courteous.
