Tammy was an absolutely awesome sales person. Not pushy yet very informative. Ask for her! She helped me with a beautiful sectional. Also the people that I checked out my purchase with were equally as personable. I will certainly return.
Great shopping experience! Very low-pressure sales staff, allowed us to walk around while looking for a sectional without the feeling of being pestered or pestering any employees while we shopped. An overall great experience!
Rose and Leslie are always incredibly helpful. Most recently, Rose had a designer come out to a model home to give us ideas to furnish the home we built. We love it! She goes out of her way to make things happen. Highest possible recommendation!
Bait and switch! Frontroom advertises that custom furniture will be made and delivered within 40 days, and then changes that GUARANTEE at the last possible second. I asked TWICE on the sales floor about the guarantee, and twice I was told that typically they deliver early. Once I got to the counter to finish my purchase, they informed me that the furniture would be delivered 53 days later. The manager only made things worse with her approach, and the GM made me feel as if my experience/word couldn't be trusted. Buyer beware.... read more
Ordered custom furniture in the very beginning of January went and picked it up to realize when I got home the couch and chair both had a hole in the fabric the chair leg was broken They replaced my couch and chair and delivered it.... upon delivery I realized the second chair had a hole in it so once again they reordered For my third chair they called to set up delivery and I rearranged my schedule for work so I could be home, the night before delivery I received a phone call stating that my third chair was inspected and on... read more
I had a great experience shopping at FrontRoom. Joni at Polaris was great. She helped me decide on fabric combinations when I got overwhelmed with the choices. Really enjoyed the experience and can't wait for my furniture to arrive
Purchased a Broyhill sectional and end tables. Suja Antony was our sales consultant and she was wonderful to work with. She didn't hover over us, but was there when we needed her.
Bought a new Loveseat. Took days to make a decision after visiting 4 other furniture stores in Columbus. Great deal and we got all the features we wanted. Our sales lady was very patient and helpful. This is our second purchase from Front Room.
