I had the misfourtune of having a love seat damaged during a recent move. I went to Front Room Furnishings, and Kelli Dickerson went out of her way to help me track down the original manufacture and model of loveseat that I needed to replace....I need to purchase new living room furniture this spring, and will by sure to ask for Kelli as I know she will be to navigate me thru the selection and order process with ease!! Would have given them a negative score, but that was not an option.Very disappointed with Front Room. Have been trying to resolve an issue with the delivery of a damaged sofa since yesterday. I can not seem to get anyone to assist me and I definitely do not recommend this merchant. I am left with the impression that customer service is a foreign concept to their sales persons and staff. Will never purchase from here again.
Shoped on line first then went to the store. Associate was super nice and helpful not pushy at all. Sat on every couch in the store. Ended up purchasing the one I liked on line. Smith Brothers of Berne. Waiting for it to be made. Will let you know how that goes.
Judy at Polaris location was very professional. She gave us time to browse and made our buying experience a pleasure.
Recently purchased a couch with some customization, very easy & pleasant experience, sales woman was knowledge and friendly. I would definitely go here again.
