Drove 200 miles to purchase a car. After I got there they jacked the price up $3500 and the interest rate jumped up almost 2 points. What a joke. Don’t waste your time. ZERO STARS
RecommendedSales personal great. Bought a 2500 here and got the frontier advantage with purchase. Truck has 10,000 miles on it. Took it to the service department after calling them to see if they fix flats and was told yep bring it on down. Get there and ask them to check the alignment due to front tire abnormal wear already. So long story short they don’t repair tires and their alignment machine has been broken for months. I was headed to Las Vegas in a few days, got a recall notice on my cruise control for my 2016 Chrysler 300c. Called the dealership that I bought my vehicle from and they were rude and seemed put off by me calling, said I would have to leave the vehicle for several hours and they couldn’t get me in for at least 2 weeks!!! Frontier to the rescue!!! They got me in the next day, were extremely friendly and professional. From start to Finish it was great thanks team in no time I drove away in my ride
Sold me a lemon for a truck and have been completely unhelpful with fixing the truck even when it’s under warranty tried to make me pay when other dealerships that didn’t even sell me the truck did not. The truck has 41k miles and was purchased brand new and has been in the shop 10 times. Never buy from them and don’t even bother with their service department it’s a joke.
Waited awhile for oil change and wish they could of cleaned the oil off my engine cowl or cover. See you next oil change.
