Their service department is a complete joke. You go in ask for an oil change and to fix the Berliner. The bed liner was the only thing done. Call ahead to make sure the tire machine works. Was told it wouldn’t take more than 30 minutes to have a new tire put on, it’s been over an hour and a half, creating up on 2 hours. They got rid of their service manager and the other guy who was super helpful and not lie. Now all they have is a guy who don’t know crap! I purchased my Jeep Grand Cherokee from another dealership. After several terrible experiences with their service dept I decided I would not return and would have to find a new service dept for any future needs. I had several friends recommend Frontier and I am glad they did! I took my Jeep in to have a recall fixed and I also had my tires rotated while I was there. I was greeted by a service tech promptly. Best dealership I’ve ever dealt with! I’ve been to a lot of dealerships and have had very bad experiences with them to where I never wanted to go to one again. This one changed that for me and will be the only one I’ll ever use! Very nice people, not two faced or try and screw you over! They really want to help you and for that it sold me! I highly recommend them!
My daughter was traveling to Claremore for a wedding and her battery light came on just outside of El Reno. She made it to the dealership just before closing. They checked her suv out, it was the alternator, took her to get a rent car and waited for her to get back and get her stuff out of her car. Told her they would get her new alternator ordered in the morning. All this for someone just traveling through. Thank you for taking car of my child. I am impressed.
