Unfortunately, we never had the opportunity to see our room because we could not check in. The hotel was informed we would not arrive until 12:00 am both in writing and on the phone. When we arrived, there was a sign stating the last check in was at 11:00 pm and we were unable to check in. We were not informed of this. Luckily, we were able to find another motel in town.
