Not as advertised. Rude staff. Not handicapped accessible. No ventilation in bathroom, no phone in rooms, stairs not up to code. Rooms are straight out of the Stone Age.

Pretty nice room. Nothing fancy, but it’s clean and inexpensive.
Very basic , clean. Had great water pressure in the shower! You get what you pay for.
The room is really clean. It's basic don't expect coffee maker or microwave. (My hubby &I went to Walmart to buy a toaster oven). The beds are a bit firm for my taste, but at a last resort I would stay here again. Front desk personal was very helpful and friendly. I didn't regret staying here.
2 months ago I booked a room at this hotel. I wrote in the special comment that our plane would not be arriving in Denver until 9:00 p.m. and we would not be arriving in Glenwood Springs until 12:00 a.m. I was NOT informed that they closed at 11:00 p.m. and that there would be NO way of checking in. I called today 4 days out from us checking in and spoke to some rude person and was told “the best thing I could do was cancel my reservation if we wouldn’t be in until after midnight!” I had no idea I was supposed to make my fli... read more
The worst ever... My daughter and I was thrown out at 11:30 at night because I had complained about the bugs all over. The man's comment was " hey bud you're in the mountains " I took pics and will continue to get my money back and do everything in my power to tell everybody of my terrible experience. By the way my daughter is 9 years old.
