They were the only company to call us back, after our heat went out yesterday. Day after Christmas. Got it started but we are in need of more repair because of lack of maintenance from the other company,who told my parents it was not needed in this type of unit. Only 8 years old! They are in there way back to help us out again. Still no return call from the bigger company's! Who took our money and basically did nothing but install! Poorly I might add! I'm very thankful for their help thus far.
Couldn't be bothered to service my furnace under Columbia Gas insurance but was more than willing to come over if we paid out of pocket .... Really ????
Great technicians that know what they are doing.
I would not recommend this company to anyone...and plan on telling everyone I know what a rip off they are! Paid $89.00 tonight after a 5 minute assessment to have someone tell me that we need freon and of course it would cost $600.00 to fill our unit...when we know someone who will do the exact same thing for $100.00. And to top it off the person who confirmed our appointment was rude!!! Way to much competition out there to deal with that!! Your own tech admitted how inflated your prices are!
