Have never left a bad review for any business before. I had a repair tech come to fix a broken control box on my furnace (2/13/19) and was quoted $741 for part and $300 for install. Told I would be without heat for at least 5 days while the part was being ordered. Also told my furnace would need to be entirely replaced - quickly dismissed that since I just bought home last year and had experts inspect furnace - repair tech immediately withdrew comment. RecommendedHad a wonderful experience with Berkshire Heating. We had an emergency with our heating system. Jason was here within a very short time and fixed the problem. Everyone at Berkshire are courteous and very accommodating I will be using their services exclusively from this day forward.

Berkshire came out to investigate the emergency and installed a new furnace in a timely manner. Very professional staff, reasonably priced, and a GREAT job done. Had service at my condo in Agawam on 3/23. The technician was prompt, polite and explained everything he did. I'm very satisfied.
We lost heat later in the evening. Called Berkshire and less than 2 hours someone arrived at my house! Chris was very helpful, professional, and gave me some ideas and insight! He got my heat working again and my kids and I were truly grateful!!! Thank you so much :)
Our house has always been a two-story hot box, even when cool outside. Five window units just didn't do the job. We're grateful to Berkshire for installing our new mini-split units!
