I had my furnace serviced by Benny, who was punctual and very polite. He also explained to me what he did and why. I will use Berkshire Heating and Air Conditioning in the future.
Recently got a heating system check from Berkshire HAC. Nick Perez, the technician, arrived promptly and provided a thorough review of my system. He completed the task by providing an explanation of his findings and recommendations. In addition he gave me some insight into what I might consider over the next few years to improve my operating costs. In all, Nick was professional, courteous and helpful. He is an excellent ambassador for BHAC. I felt the service call for a system check up was worthwhile and valuable.
