RecommendedOur tech was Nick and he came out Friday night after hours. He was friendly, informative, knowledgeable, and helpful in answering our questions.
I had my furnace serviced today for a annual tuneup. My technician arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. Darryl Lamagdeleine was very helpful in answering all my concerns. Darryl suggested I should consider a service plan for the maintenance of my furnace and air conditioning unit. The maintenance plan was cost effective and I accepted the plan.

Benny came out to service our heating system today. He has serviced our unit before and once again, was on time and very professional and courteous.
My gas furnace was shutting down before reaching thermostat temperature, so I called for a repair (not an emergency since I have a backup system). The Berkshire office set up an appointment for a couple of days out, just before Christmas. The serviceman, Courtnei, arrived within the window timeframe. He was very courteous and explained everything - the cause of the problem and the fix. He also discussed their Member program which was intriguing due to the age of both my systems.
