If I could give negative 5 stars I would. My relative has rented five years with them. Two different places. First place he had to BUY HIS OWN WINDOW SCREENS... weird. Maintenance took a very long time to actual repair the A/C unit but did bring a window air for a 2 BR apartment 🙄 moved to a better location and townhouse because he was told about a pool, park, clubhouse etc. A 3 ft pool with a hundred people peeing in it should NOT be a rental incentive. 🙄 My relative lost $15 on the hour due to a hospital lowering their p... read more
I would give NO stars if it would let me, but it won't. They don't even deserve 1 star. This company is VERY unprofessional! I have so much I could share about how poorly they have treated the residents of my building. However, I will only share my experiences. We didn't have a trash receptacle for over 6 months when they took over our complex, which made the entire complex have to find a way to dispose of trash because we were nice enough not to just throw it out in the empty space for the trash dumpster. Staff is all very nice and responded quickly to any questions I had! They made the whole renting process quick and easy.
