I worked with Reva Soud to purchase my first home. She was absolutely wonderful to work with - helped me find my perfect home, answered tons of my (admittedly sometimes anxious) questions throughout the process, and was very responsive and available to help throughout. I am first time buyer so she knew I didnt know how to deal with contract, fees and so much more… But what surprised me extremely was after the sale, after 2 or 3 calls asking things about the Inspetor, she simply ignore , my texts, my emails , my calls…. the inspector that was “working for her,” again made such bad and unprofessional inspection, repeating Julia words: “ are so few things that I will come to the Condo in the weekend and we fix together “!!!
