RecommendedSepi is the most amazing physical therapist, and I have tried many...…. She was the only one that has helped me with my chronic pain issues (from back pain, fibro to migraines). Sepi is a miracle worker and has given me hope to avoid a major back fusion surgery all together. She studied myofascial release with the creator of the technique, John Barnes. I am truly grateful to Sepi and her wonderful center, which in itself is an oasis of healing and tranquility.

Sepi at from the heart physical therapy is an outstanding therapist and is an absolute angel she has a wonderful team of staff members like Valerie ready to help. I am over 50 and have suffered from severe migraine for approximately 10-12 years. I was not able to control the chronic pain or identify the trigger. I have tried different medications and received different therapies until I found Sepi and Kevin at "From The Heart Physical Therapy".
