I had back surgery a number of years ago and have required steroid injections and PPR injections for my back, when my pain flared my MD recommended physical therapy, I decided to give FROM THE HEART PHYSICAL a try. From the impeccable grounds to the well appointed rooms, it is a little oasis in the middle of the valley. Sepi is an amazing healer.
