RecommendedFroedtert is an amaing clinic. Clean, organized and all of the staff is kind and sensitive to whats going on.
Took my mother there, for a squished thumb. In the end it took one stitch and 5 hours to get that stitch. The nurses and staff were kind and apologetic. But this er is pathetically slow.
Spent two of the last 5 days in St. Joes ER the first visit did not solve my problem at all. The nurses and doctor were friendly but other then a CT scan they diagnosed me with back pain and sent me on my way. Tonight i returned to the E.R. with the same symptoms but worse pain. My blood pressure was higher then the first visit as well. After another ct scan my wife and i pleading for them to do an ultrasound they sent us home. Each time we have gone, it has gotten progressively worse. I give kudos to Dr. Al.., the physical therapy dept., Dusti CNA, Kris, Sherry, Megan nurse, along with others I have named as providing good care. There are, however, issues that need to be addressed in my filed complaint. However, in times of stress, the patient nor the family should have to worry about rudeness, miscommunication on medications not sent from the Emergency Room, lost lab work, FORGED signatures on paperwork, and indifference from the Emergency Room s... read more
