The emergency department was very rude. We had to wait 45 minutes just to be seen for an abscessed tooth at 4:00 p.m. They kept saying your next & kept taking other people first. Finally got back then sat in room for 45 minutes more just to have a 10 minute doc to come in & pop the abscess. Very disappointing.
RecommendedThe receptionist was a little rude and acted like I had no place being there. Her exact words... “what are you here for?” And gave me a look of stupidity like I didn’t sound sick or ANYTHING. But the doctors assistant and the doctor both were super friendly and nice! Totally recommend going there if you are sick. I got there at 7 right when they opened and was out by 8... there were a few people in front of me but it wasn’t that big of a deal. Most urgent cares are packed!

RecommendedWas able to be seen quickly. I was very impressed with the professionalism and care we received. The Mequon location is easy to find and a beautiful clinic. I would highly recommend them if you are in need of an urgent care.

RecommendedThese fine people from Doctors and nurses to therapists and everyone at the facility was great. If it weren’t for them I would not be walking, I wouldn’t be breathing. I’m going to make a time line of my stay at the facility. Day 1 - admissions 11/19/18
