So is it your policy for doctors to not pay attention to charts or medication or anything? My mother was accused of being a druggie by one of your doctors. She came in for abdominal pain and told everybody she doesn't take any pain medication, even Tylenol. The nurse got it and said she was gonna give her a smaller dose of pain meds and mom not only didn't ask for more but said she hated it. if you're looking for a new PCP do not select Dr. Trang Le - unless you want to have to follow up on everything discussed. I've had to call more than a dozen times since my initial visit in March. She doesn't listen & just moves forward with a treatment plan she thinks should be vs. working together on what was discussed in office. Just don't do it...

RecommendedI'm currently waiting in the waiting room, for the past halfhour. the receptionists are the worst and the Triage nurse rushed me just so she could get to another patient. I'm a patient just as much as any other patient is and I deserve the same respect. the receptionist and triage nurse was horrible..
