RecommendedI think you may need to evaluate some of your employees and who you put into a supervisor position. As someone is nursing school I would be disgusted to have a supervisor talk about me like this in a public forum.
They dont answer phones hours waiting to get through ... Cannot contact doctors without hours of waiting the my chart pages on the internet don't work... Their mychart program is a flop it does not work CANNOT CONNECT... Too Many voice messages that take you no where.. would be nice to be able to call my doctors nurse without the phones discconected... 2 hours of trying to get a hold of my Dr is too much. Time to find a new Health care program....

RecommendedYou feel cared for and about the moment you walk or get wheeled in. Menomonee Falls and the surrounding area is truly blessed to have this in our community. Let's see - Neck & Spine, Cancer and of course the big one emergency quadruple by-pass surgery. They will always get my vote.
RecommendedThe entire Breast Cancer team is absolutely amazing. I cant say enough about the care I was given. My cancer surgeon, Dr Patton is truly wonderful, I am looking forward to my 6 month check up just to see her. my plastic surgeon, Dr Doren is amazing too. I consider myself lucky to have had the fantastic care I recieved!
