Jenna was amazing! I had previously gone to a different salon that did a terrible job and Jenna was more than willing to work with ne to get it fixed. She listened to my concerns and what I wanted and offered several solutions. She was very knowledgeable. I love how my hair turned out!
I love that I can book appointments online and easily find a time that fits my crazy schedule. The salon is cute and comfortable, making every visit enjoyable. She really listens to what you want but also provides expert advice on what makes sense for your hair type and style. I showed her a picture, and she matched it perfectly, considering my color and cut. The first time I asked for layers, she actually added them—and in just ten minutes!
