My pet got treatment from this facility 4 weeks ago and has been on medication ever since. the one thing the Vet said to me was "YOUR PET NEEDS TO WEEN OFF THIS MEDICATION OR HE MAY DIE!!!" so I've been calling at least 4 times for 2 days now to get his meds filled without a call back! Careless practice for evening staffs included vet.
Called to ask about affordable options for a very sick cat and was told "I'm sorry but your cat will probably die". I may not have any money but at least I have compassion.
Our Trinity was attacked last weekend. It was a very traumatic experience for all. They were so quick to get her in and so gentle with her. They did her necessary surgery and monitored her carefully. They attended to her every need. I took her back today to get her stitches removed and the technicians were fabulous. They welcomed her by name when we arrived and loved on her as if they had known her for years. It was only our second visit besides the emergency she came in for.
