Waited over an hour, no Doctor on site. My understanding is a hospital tends to emergency situations. Can't do that without a Doctor.
We received exceptional customer service & veterinary care here recently on our very first visit. The staff was extremely friendly & seemed to really enjoy what they do. Debra was our vet technician. She was very professional, knowledgeable, sincere, & genuine. Dr. Rizzo was very thorough & meticulous in her examination of our pet. I had a wonderful experience our beagle is settled down with her meds , veterinarians knew what was wrong with her right away , I will not be taking our pets to banfield hospital no more. We switched for good . Thank you Friendship hospital for being so wonderful.
