I called for a same day urgent appointment for my puppy, being a new patient I was not confident they could fit us in, but they did within just a few hours. Everyone was so kind and thorough. It’s a difficult time right now with COVID and can be scary not being able to go in with your pet but I was immediately confident my puppy was in good hands and happy the staff is staying safe. I appreciate the partial refund and the front office staff attempting to help me get answers, but that is the extent of the positive aspects of my experience with your clinic. After speaking with the airline (we're PCSing with the military) and Pets with Passports, both suggested by you, they only confirmed what I already knew: A breed verification form (just that the pet is not snub nosed) is a necessity for pets to fly cargo. Was sent a reminder. for pets injection. had to call twice for appointment. .First time wrong appointment time was given gave 2 choice neither one was given but a time totally off During call I asked them that i thought it was yearly not 6 months for HW injections they insisted it was 6 months.. Due to Quarantine they do not allow owners in with pet you have to call them from parking lot to get pet. appointment time was 1pm came 15 minutes early waited till 145 to be seen. they took my pet and then called back and said the r... read more

Fph has and will always be my go to clinic. They always get my babies in and always treat my babies like family. Everyone there is amazing. It’s the best medical care you could ever receive for your pets.
I just want to give a HUGE shout out to this entire team. The past couple of days my dog Bentley wasn’t doing to good. This team went ABOVE, and BEYOND. Not only for me, but my dog as well. They called me every morning to check up on him, and any concern I had they even let me come back so they could check him that day. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone. I am late in writing this but I would like to thank the DR and staff for taking in my dog as an emergency having never been there before, and taking excellent care of him. They found glaucoma in his eye and he was treated so well that they were able to remove his muzzle and he let them treat and love him. We ended up having the eye removed but he is doing good and I truly appreciate everything that the DR did for us. She truly cares for every pet that comes through her door.
