The customer service is not the issue for me. The hair itches the scalp immediately after installing it... My daughter is having the same experience as well as her friends. I washed my hair and my babies hair 4 times to make sure that it's double clean before doing anything... I think I will simply wear my real hair instead.
Love this place it's my FAVORITE store. We don't have a beauty supply in my hometown except for sallys and sallys just doesn't offer the low prices and wide selection this store does so when we travel to t-town about once a month or so I stop in and stock up. They have every kind of makeup, hair products, nail products, lashes and fun items I would have never thought to try!!!
