It's no wonder why Friendly' s is a dying concept. I've gone there to get a shake for a sick relative 3 times ice the last 2 weeks. The service is slow, not "friendly" and worst of all the place looks dirty. 2 employees hanging outside smoking while I'm trying to place an order. Another sitting at the counter counting her tips. 25 minutes to get a shake in a near empty restaurant @ 4:45pm on 3/1/17.
Staff is fantastic! Always right on top of everything. Can't beat half price breakfast!!!!
Not the same as it used to be. Breakfast staff was 2 very busy servers who did the best the can. Cook mixed up the order, took 20 mins to get server back to fix the order. Never even asked if I wanted my coffee refilled.. and when asked for a box to take him left overs I was informed they where no longer providing them? WAIT? What? This place is an absolute joke. It's been going downhill for so long and tonight just topped it off. Went in and there was a young woman with her son there and she said she waited almost 20 minutes and no one even acknowledged her. Right after my fiancé and I walked in I could tell there was attitude in the air with the staff. My fiancé asked if anyone was working so this mother and son could be sat.
