Food good, service mixed up and disorganised. Had a coupon for free entree
Very poor customer service. No people skills at all. I didnt even get all of my food i was supposed to and the waitress never even checked to see how everything was or if wee needed anything. Will NOT be coming back to this establishment
The worst Friendlys, very slim staff, and the ones that are there are useless in the afternoon and night...
The girl at the register was the only person in uniform. She was the only one doing actual work. She took the order before us and i seen she handled cash and then made food using the same gloves. Than another employee out of uniform wearing a tank top (no bra) and ripped black pants was washing down the tables and booths and another young girl was washing down where the ice cream was stored. you could see dirty water from her rag dripping into the icecream! Took my daughter there for her 14th birthday. She could've went anywhere for dinner.. but she wanted. Her favorite place Friendly's
Service was very slow! Food and ice cream was good.
My relatives and I came in for a late lunch/dinner. Ordered 1/2 tea lemonade: not made. Waited, returned no one made it, still making it. Change to lemonade and orange, then I said, no, can you please make that lemonade with sprite....i got orange. My bacon cheeseburger(had no cheesr) and was chilli meat. Another server took it back add the cheese ( not melted), he asked did you want it melted more. ....it wasn't the first time. Enter the 3rd server. He took my food back. 1st table we sat at smelled like sour milk. The ice cream I bought was Reese's pieces and it was not very big for the $5+ huge glass with nothing but 2 small scoops of ice cream a few Reese's. Won't go there again. Better off making my own at home.
