Was sat down by the Manager lady last night. Asked for a cup of coffee. Per Manager, it’s late and the coffee is old. No offer on her part as THE MANAGER, to make a fresh pot for myself and friend. 15 minutes later a older group of people sit down behind me and they too, asked for coffee! Poor server ended up making a fresh pot, and it wasn’t until then I asked my server for 2 cups myself. Poor customer service from the MANAGER! Absolutely HORRIBLE!! Perhaps she needs to take a refresher course on CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

No matter how much money you spend in this place your order is NEVER correct. Not even a simple milkshake. We just purchased milkshakes and when my husband brought them home one of them was absolutely NOT Cherry it is Chocolate. Really how can you mistake cherry for chocolate. It has chocolate pieces it tastes like chocolate there is absolutely nothing in there that tastes like cherry for the amount of money I spent I am not happy at all.
We went at 7:30 am my French toast wasn’t hot there coffee is terrible the fried eggs was cooked the way I like them but really they need to change there coffee it is way too strong also the smell in there is horrible they need to have professionals clean the carpet
Slow horrible service! Food was not good at all! Took waitress 15 mins bring refills alone. Will never go to friendlys again.
