I usually love friendlys. I went tonight and after waiting in the ice cream line for a half hour I finally got to order. I ordered a strawberry shortcake friend-z and a coffee milkshake to go. When I opened the bag once I got to the car I saw blue frosting all over the top of the friend-z. I assumed they messed up and gave me a birthday cake remix but there was no cake and the ice cream was purple and melted and it was not what I ordered at all. We left because they told us there were 12 customers ahead of us and they only had two servers working that afternoon.
Absolutely disappointed the food was decent the staff was horrible I had to wait dam near 20 Minutes to get served first and last time going there!
Friendlys is always a fun place to go. Good food, nice staff.
The waitstaff was amazing tonight. The large group that over took the window was not.

Friendlys is by far the worst retaurant around.The managers are a horror show especially the D M Judy'she thinks she owns the place she is a coniving two faced bitch. She fired all the good help haha they are screwed now. I really can't see the resaurant staying open much longer.There are waitstaff there now that don't have a clue how to deal with customers , because the company is all about money.
