Dealer contacted me about the car i wanted to buy just to tell me they sold it that morning. After i schedualed an appointment to view the car the prior day. Wasted my time setting up an appointment and took the day off work for nothing. Seriously unprofessional dealership.i cant see them lasting in todays market with such sorry buisness practices! Id rate a zero if that option was available.
Great, he was, professional, knowledgeable, had all the answers and was good with follow up. He was truly interested in helping me purchase.
A few days after test driving the Jeep I saw i had multiple emails and calls from 3 sales people. I got all the info I requested. I decided to move forward with the purchase. I let them know I had to work the next 3 days. I emailed the main salesmen (Joe) and gave him the info he requested and let him know I had financing arranged. Responded quickly after my email & followed up with a some phone calls. Offered other similar car with the options I was looking for. They were definitely "Friendly".
Friendly Ford had the car waiting for us under a canopy. Roy Desarmier was very knowledgeable. I live over two hours away and after a day or so of negotiation, not only did they meet my offer, They delivered the car to my home. That saved me a two and one half hour trip. Roy took the time to explain the paperwork and items in the car.
Fantastic service, purchased a vehicle from there! Will be back again.

When I called the vehicle was already gone it should have been taken off of Car Guru the minute it was sold
