I made this appointment for my brother who has extreme anxiety. He didn't even know about the appointment till we pulled into the parking lot. John was his tech. He was aware of my brother's anxiety and walked him through each step allowing him to talk, explaining what would happen next and how well he was doing. John also reassured him at those crucial points (pressure test) when the test revealed no issues. He kept him talking and that took his mind to other things. He was great!
