The customization on the website is really nice. There is a lot of options to choose from. The only problem I had is when they shipped my ring to me it was the wrong size and didnt have the engravement I made. So I had to send it back and they fixed the size and put the engravement on. They were able to fix and ship the ring back to me fairly quick.
