Shannon is amazing, and even though I live an hour away, I keep coming back to work with Shannon! He spends as much time as necessary to help me find the right vehicle for me! was greeted by friendly receptionist and was immediately directed to a salesperson who was very warm, interested and willing to help me. Told him what I wanted and he was able to find a Jeep fitting my wants asap. Next day came in to drop off paper work and was called at home (twice)to tell everything was in order and scheduled pick-up appointment time was a go. Signed all paperwork and picked up car and out the door in 45min.'s. Mr. Rob Piccirilli did a excellent job.

I purchased my truck at this location bought the oil change package and have had the worst service experiennce i have ever encountered. I have bought a new vehicle atleast every 3 years for 25 years. The first time i vear from gm and buy a chrysler product i realize why i never should have bought one. I have explained the very poor service i have recieved rom your dealership tho the service manager with the reply of "Sorry" and then he walked away after cleaning the oil off my fender fronm just recieving an oil change. Fine. Quick oil change. THey found other things to do, found prices, presented, I declined, no problems. Everyone was efficient, professional, nice, and had smiles on their faces.
