I have never been treated so poorly by a dealership. I have purchased 9 new Chrysler/Dodge vehicles and have never had an issue until today. The service manager Tom Miller denied a warranty claim on my 2013 Chrysler Town and Country. I called Chrysler customer service and they were very apologetic for the way I was treated and will honor the warranty. The way I was treated today was ridiculous! My husband just came home from having an oil change and told me how impressed he was with your service department. How friendly, helpful & cooperative everyone was. He said I should send this because he thought you should know how great your service dept. is.
I came in for oil change. Always get offered a car wash. I discussed problem with radio and Mark was helpful on how to proceed if problem persisted. They always check tire pressure and top off windshield fluid -which I appreciate. They checked tire alignment and since there were no cars ahead of me I was in & out quickly. I found a complimentary bottle of hand sanitizer in the car-last time I received a chap stick-very nice. Tim was very friendly and helpful with a company van purchase. He brought the van to our office to show us. We took about a month to decide on the vehicle. The nice part was Tim was not overally agreesive. He had great follow up and didn't annoy. He was very responsive to any questions we have. We will be shopping with Tim again.
Sherry was EXTREMELY helpful and really went above and beyond to help me out. This was my first car purchase, and she patiently walked me through the process. I will most definitely recommend Sherry and be sure to return to her the next time I'm ready to purchase a new car!
