I have used this facility three different times and all three times have been completely satisfied. This last time my 9 year old dog had an abscessed tooth. They got her in same day. They were generous and worked with me on the cost and even call Ed the next day to check on her. I will continue to use them for my pets tooth care needs.
Rip off report. Maybe even report to the boards on consumer affairs, you know the place the issues your state license...bummer
I just call they can't answer price for dog examination And aks me to call in 1 hour Plus I'm asking for one med and she is talking about other one and the price she says about cost of the pill Isn't low prices
I love Dr.Tran and his staff. My family has used this place for years. If it wasn't for there kindness I know of 4 pets that would be put down because other vets had no compassion and wanted to charge me 2.5 times more then I could ever afford. Thank you for everything and I will be visiting you in the next few months for Lillie May's check up and YES I am coming all the way from AZ to feel your love.
He has really great prices for the 20 years of experience that he has. If you go elsewhere, you would for sure be paying for a higher price. My dog, Lucky had pyometra and he provided the surgical procedure immediately at a lower cost than the other veterinarians. He really cares about the animals and explained to us about the entire procedure and what my dog had, and because my dog's case was so severe and required immediate attention, he was willing to give us a free ultrasound and waived visit fee because he was 100% sure... read more
My 5 pound dog was attacked by a coyote shortly after they opened. He was so compassionate to my dog and myself. He gave my dog a pain shot with out even giving a dime to him... He eventually operated on... And saved my baby's life. I went to him again this Friday... My dog had bad stomach pains and was crying with diarrhea. Without expensive lab tests and X-rays he put him on a short IV with fluids and antibiotics, sent me home with medicine... And a fair bill, considering what he did. My dog is 500 % better all ready!! Great prices and excellent care of my little Joey!
Love the doctors and staff. They saved my Bassett hound in 2010 and my mini schnauzer whom had a life threatening infection in 2014. I couldn't be more grateful for there help and compassion.
