Que sean más organizadas las recepcionistas, no parece que saben lo que están haciendo y que respeten el tiempo de los pacientes, tenía una cita programada y me atendieron una hora después

This is the worst vet office i have ever been to. The front desk staff is the absolute worst! I was told i paid for two weeks of medication i got one week worth. I was instructed how to administer the medication wrong! They quote you a price then it turns out to be twice as much.
Very unhappy with this place and service. Do not recommend this "friendly" hospital. All they want is money and they don't even treat the animal. I am really upset. My poor dog.
I have been coming here since my husky here since he was born. Very friendly staff they always get the job done the first time and the prices are very affordable. You also get your first check up Free. Even there groomers is a affordable.
A heart breaking experience ! He tried to put my healthy Chinese Crested to sleep ! Lied to me, & wanted a$1,000 deposit to start ! He's the most lying, greedy vet ive ever seen ! This story is too long to relate, but I took my Jackson out of that evil & ran crying, he was going to kill my dog,cause I wouldn't pay the $1,000, & i already paid $350 for the & blood work ! This place is a complete joke! Don't waste your time or money on them. I had to put my dog down and they made me wait in the waiting area past 8 PM and then told me it was going to be extra because it was now considered "after hours". Then they charged me extra to sit in the room with her when they put her down. They were completely cold about the situation and the manager is heartless. I had taken my dog there a few times prior, and thought the same as most of these comments...it was good, but after the way they price gouge... read more
