My wife and I bought over $100k of appliances from them for our new house. Point of sale and delivery was ok that’s it. If you buy from them (I don’t recommend) make sure you find someone else to service them. Our ice makers had issues and they said they don’t service them, after we purchased them! We had to call the manufacturer. They have attempted to repair our dryer 3 times and it still takes my wife 4 hours to dry one load! Called yesterday again and they had no service records! Horrible service! Stay away!

We bought/built a new home and the builder used Friedman’s. We purchased ALL of our appliances, upgraded, and added on a second washer/dryer. The washer/dryer started leaking water everywhere a little before the 2 year date. Only a 1 year warranty was provided so we had the repair estimate completed. The estimate included a huge problem (repairman’s words “you would have had to thrown a huge rock in this or something to break it”) was almost the same price as a new unit and they would not offer anything to help. They do not stand by their product and their Service Manager Tommy Gass is rude and lacks in any customer service. My year and a half old GE oven blew up while I was in the living room with kids. After putting out flames and calling Friedman's Tommy arrived at my house to say that gas made it blow up (it is an electric oven). They have offered no resolve and said that this happens all the time. I would not recommend Friedman's.
We bought a new home and the appliances had been purchased from pFriedman’s so they are in charge of repairs. Our brand new dishwasher started leaking and then started not draining. Their techs (though very nice) incorrectly diagnosed it TWICE. I had to google the error code to tell them what the internet said was wrong. The correct Parts had to be ordered and now that they are in it will be ANOTHER week before they can send someone to install them. 😡 This will mean almost an entire MONTH with no dishwasher. Great group of Installers and Service techs as well as a beautiful store.
This is a great family on business. They offer top of the line appliances and moderate appliances for those on a budget. The most important thing they offer is great sound advice! They have skilled knowledgeable sales professionals on the floor and available by appointment. We have a full of Friedman's appliances.
Great store with knowledgable sales staff. Installation is done by real professions who have done this stuff for years and actually know what they're doing. And kudos for them for making things right. There was a small issue with the initial installation that just wasn't quite right. It was so minor, I almost didn't even call them, but I finally did and they came back out about a week later to make it perfect. That's real customer service and for that, they will have all of our business.
