Tom, Anne, and their incredible staff were always professional and genuinely nice. Our job was completed on time and the ductless splits are working extremely well. Ross and Kevin were knowledgeable and easy to deal with as was Nolan. It says a lot about a company when the employees are properly trained and feel like a part of the company family! Thank you all for being a company with integrity! It was a pleasure working with you.
Great service and very knowledgeable. The team answered all my questions. Tom and Anne are the best and were very helpful throughout the process of installing new central cooling.
Overall awesome experience start to finish. My kids miss the crew coming to the house everyday. They ran around pretending to be Tom and his men for days complete with Wallis talkies, clipboards, and tools!
We had our furnace stop working in January, we called multiple places and Tom Fricker was the only heating company that not only called us back but Tom (such a nice man) came right away to address the issue. We ended up having to replace our furnace, Tom and crew replaced our old furnace and did a great job.
We had our oven hood replaced last week and vented to the outside by Tom Fricker's team. They did a fabulous job and were so helpful with all their info. I would recommend them again! No one else answered our calls to do the install. They also left the kitchen with no mess for us to clean up.
