I visited Freshii to redeem my loyalty points for a burrito, which is literally the purpose of the rewards program. The owner became upset and angry at me and told me it “wasn’t fair” for me to use my points at his restaurant, and even suggested I go to a different location next time. That’s completely unprofessionanal and innapropriate. Customers shouldn’t be made to feel guilty for using a program the business itself promotes. I Also asked for 2 sauces in my burrito but they ended up not adding it into my burrito.
