Absolutely the best Freshii location! only place that packs bowls. Other spots half fill bowls
The employees were nice but the rice was very very salty. This is my second time trying a bowl from here (first time being teriyaki, second time being salmon poke) and it seems like they always put too much soy sauce in the rice.
As a fellow customer at this Freshii, a woman who previously wrote a review is false. The woman she was referencing was indeed pregnant. However the man working at the store, calmly explained that she would have to pay for the protein as they don't have the authority to return the full money. Hence, they suggested for the woman to get a refund and pay for a new one. Which in my opinion is fair. However, she made a fuss about it. I would rate this experience negative stars if I could. I was patient waiting for my food to be ready and the lady who ordered prior to me came back in as she was unaware that her food contained raw meat. She cannot eat raw fish as she is pregnant. She politely asked if she could have it remade without the protein & have an egg substitution since she already paid for the protein.
