Was never on time with projections, the order of the trouble shooting process was geared towards milking the repair. I was always made to feel like I was lucky I wasn't being charged more. When I FINALLY got the car back it wasn't drivable because the engine would shut off at random. Not safe in traffic! I was told to bring it back for more trouble shooting and a brand new bill.
