Very happy with the service. Surprised at the amount of soot there was. Noa was thorough and professional.
Once the money was paid, the customer service stopped. No communication. No follow up. The techs were fine but admin is shocking. We are still waiting for an electrician to fix our heater. Lucky we got our own. We were left for almost 2 weeks without heat in 3 degree winter days. It was working before the clean. Paid extra for return duct to be cleaned. One part was, the end at the unit wasn't. Terrible follow up. Also asked pre visit to give 5 stars to get a discount. We waited till after it was done. Then got sent the link... read more
Very happy with this service. Replaced the duct under the house and heating works great. Came earlier than agreed time. Called ahead. Ido is polite and makes sure the job is done right. I will use them again if l need services.
