Everytime I come here I go to the front desk and the receptionist cant here me then she figures out if she slides open the window she can hear me, nobody has proper training all i do is keep repeating myself and they all surround me trying to understand me. So aggravating

Arrived at 2:45pm, appointment at 3:00pm and they took us at 3:30pm. They are just slow and there’s tons of people in there standing in a group, chatting and laughing.
Very professional & friendly facility for hemodialysis & peritoneal training & and RN support.
