They don’t care about the patients. They aren’t properly trained. They don’t follow guidelines for things as simple as cleaning their hands. They dismiss any concerns the patients or their families have. They are rude, cold and dangerous to the health and well being of every patient that is forced to go there.
Top notch facility. Very professional staff and they care about their patients. Highly recommend.
This place has good nurses,but always issues with machines,and office staff and management sucks.my mom went there and they have bed bugs and cockroaches I saw them myself.multiple times I had to say something due to blood from other patients still on chair.always moving chair times and people that come in late get in before those who were their on time.seen them let people go with blood pressure to low and saw a few hit the ground outside.this is just some.we moved my mom to devita and there awesome this is where I'd recomm... read more
I am on dialysis 3 times a week. Everybody here is very caring and compassionate. They are all very upbeat. The care is wonderful.
