Got my windows tinted and they did a great job. Said it would take an hour and was in and out in 40 Mins. Will definitely go back.
Ordered $26 car wash, waited 40 minutes. Checked interior to find it as dirty as it began. It was explained to me they just lightly wipe sown interior. No vacuum in door pockets, sides of seats, and most everything else. That was explained as the $75 service. Hmmm. What was the word interior put on the board for again????
Took our SUV and truck to get detailed. Nice job. Both vehicles look great. No complaints here.
Will never take another vehicle to this car wash. My truck was damaged during the wash and no attempt was made to make things right. It took over 40 minutes and cost $29....not sure yet how much it will cost to repair the trim piece that was broken. The manager couldn't have cared less. Dismal job and horrible customer service - beware of this place.
I was very disappointed in my recent experience. I paid extra on top of the regular interior cleaning to make sure my car would come out at least decent. I have three small kids, so the dirt in my car consists of random sticky spots, toy trash, and the occasional pen marks. I don’t expect miracles, being that it is not a full detailing, but I expect for the entire interior to at least be a basic level of clean when I leave.
