Great full service oil change and car wash. Highly recommended
5 Star did a very professional interior and exterior job on my car.
paid for inside of car to be cleaned, dirt in between the seats, had to clean myself. not going back
Came to 5 star carwash for the first time. They started to write on my windshield with a grease marker. I asked them not to do that because it scratches the windshield. A female manager stood and wanted to argue with me until I said either give me a refund or Stop writing on it. At which time they stopped. First time and last time customer here
They did really great on shampooing interior seats when my dog had been really sick. In addition, took my truck in and they did an excellent job on the detailing and cleaning. 😀
They don’t except responsibility for their damages and want to fix things the cheapest way possible. Customer service is a hot mess at best!
It cleans your wheels pretty good with just the basic wash!
I was very happy with my vehicle except that I noticed the next morning that the passenger side of my windows were not cleaned. I will try it another time because it can happen. If it happens again, I will not go back.
I waited 45 mins for the worst detailed job I’ve ever had. Pictures in the comments. I hope this isn’t the standard here.
