Dr. French took the time to explain what would take place during the procedure. I told him that I am a big scaredy cat and he understood and talked to me as the surgery went on. The nurses kept me pain free by applying eye drops that numbed my eyes and I greatly appreciated that!
Dr. French is very good to his patients. He explains procedures well and creates an environment where you feel safe and taken care of.
Dr. French at Carolina Eye Associates in Pinehurst, NC did my corneal transplant surgery on my right eye almost 9 years ago. Yesterday, I went for my pre-op appointment for the same surgery for my left eye. I have complete trust and faith in Dr. French as I see (pun intended) how successful he was with my right eye everyday.
