On time personable and informative
all employees were super nice and very helpful
I had cataract surgery and my right lens had gotten so fogged up, I couldn’t see hardly anything out of it. The laser was the perfect solution by Dr. Billingsley.. The whole staff are excellent ppl to take care of their patients.
Everyone was very nice & helpful . It was a wonderful experience.
Dr. French took the time to explain what would take place during the procedure. I told him that I am a big scaredy cat and he understood and talked to me as the surgery went on. The nurses kept me pain free by applying eye drops that numbed my eyes and I greatly appreciated that!
He was professional and very pleasant to work with.
It was a smooth appointment, timely, all personnel were kind and courteous, did not get the answers I had hoped to get, the scheduler was going to check with VA about having the procedure done that I went for, never heard anything else from anyone. Dr. White was in and out, took the growth off my eyelid in no time, not very interested in the bag under my eye which is why I really went there. All in all, good appt. good Dr.
Dr. Delmonte explained to me exactly what to expect from the procedure I would have. He was kind and thorough throughout the procedure. He is a true professional.
Dr. White listened to me, examined my eye issue, and provided the solution. He was able to take care of it on this visit. He explained any risks to me, and frankly, it was quick and minimal pain. Both Dr. White and his assistants were friendly, professional, and addressed my needs. I am thankful he was able to see me. I cannot even see a scar! Thank you very much!
